Serving Westmont, IL

The compact Lexus NX crossover SUV and the midsize RX SUV are popular models for auto shoppers in the Westmont area. In 2026, both of these luxury models will receive exciting improvements that will elevate your time on the road. How do the entry-level NX 350 and RX 350 trim levels compare to each other?

Performance

For the first time, the 2026 NX 350 is offered with standard all-wheel drive. This crossover SUV has a turbo 2.4-liter, four-cylinder gas engine that offers 203 horsepower. The system includes an eight-speed auto transmission, and adaptive sport suspension is available as an upgrade.

The RX 350 is the only gas-powered RX available in 2026. Its turbo 2.4-liter, four-cylinder engine produces 275 horsepower. Like the NX 350, the RX 350 is outfitted with an eight-speed auto transmission and all-wheel drive.

Appearance

The NX has an elegant yet sporty look. It has a lean, arched roof and a tapered hood. Definition lines flow across the hood and sides. The tall, A-frame grille is accented by a chrome bar. The triangular LED headlights and the lower air inlets follow the grille's shape.

The larger RX is dramatically styled with a steeply raked hood and side windows. The wheels have a tooth-style spoke design. The smooth door panels have a powerful look with a small swell that expands as it rounds over the back fenders. The A-frame grille's mesh pattern shows off tightly stacked linear elements while the powerful air inlets angle inward. Pointed headlights are designed with a bolt-like LED element for a sharp touch.

Features

The Lexus NX 350 is well-appointed with features like parking sensors, auto braking, a digital key, a Mark Levinson premium sound system, a surround-view camera, a wireless device charger, a panoramic glass roof, heated front and rear seats, leather upholstery, a head-up display, adjustable ambient cabin lighting, and more.

The RX 350 offers all of these same features, as well as driver memory settings, a larger touch display screen, reclining seats in the second row, an automated parking system, and several additional features.
